Initial Consultation
The goal of the initial consultation is to meet with you to assess your needs, discuss ideas, and determine project requirements.
Site Analysis:
In this phase of the design process, environmental and cultural information is gathered in order to ensure that the design will be sensitive to, and created within, the context of the site.
Conceptual Design:
In the conceptual design phase ideas are explored and developed that integrate the clients desires with site characteristics in order to develop outdoor spaces.
Design Development:
Design development is the process of refining the conceptual design. This process involves paying close attention to specific use, scale, and relationships between features. Specific materials become selected during this process. The level of detail needed for construction is dependent upon the complexities of each project.
Construction:
Construction transforms the design into reality. Most designs allow for project construction to be phased to meet budget requirements. The construction phase is made most cost effective by following a master plan, as construction can occur in a planned and concise manner, which will ultimately lower project costs.
